First, a little background about me. I am a recent culinary school graduate who has always had a passion for creating classic desserts and baking. Remember back to the time before cake mix out of boxes were the norm? When delicious treats were made from real butter and fresh ingredients? I hope this blog will tempt you with rich & dense chocolate cakes, freshly made buttercream icing, soft chewy cookies, and so much more!
This space was created to give a general oversight of what I do and what culinary adventures (…Or disasters! :) I’m up to in the kitchen. The plan is to post pictures of new recipes and show what I'm currently up to.
